Solitude

📷image credit to Volker Lehmann

When dusk sets in for twilight,
Where shadows dance with pale sunlight,
A soul finds peace in silent grace,
In solitude, a sacred space.

No voices break the tranquil air,
No hurried steps, no worldly care,
Just whispers of the wind's soft song,
In solitude, where hearts belong.

A moment's pause, a breath so deep,
In solitude, the soul can weep,
Yet in those tears, a strength is found,
In solitude, we're truly crowned.

In solitude, the mind can soar,
To distant lands, to every shore.
Dreams unfurl like petals bright,
In solitude, they take their flight.

The clouds above, deserve extol,
In solitude, they quiet my soul.
A journey inward, calm and still,
In solitude, we find our will.

Through still lagoon and tall, green trees,
In solitude, our spirit glees.
A quiet strength, a gentle power,
In solitude, we bloom, we flower.

The Bridge

Path where new horizons glow
Mind can't ignore what it brings
Time runs o'er the mind to show
Heart expressed uncertain things.

Crossing never been easy
Hurdles to stop from going
Needles of pain to carry
Brave heart to keep on rolling.

Once the foot steps on the other side
Beholds the future, waving!

A Father He Is...

He is the foundation of every home,
Giving the home its epitome.
Holding each wall that represents its home,
To protect and to guide its clone.

He is the strength of its wall,
For without him it could crumple.
Battling the storms destructing what he builds,
He should stay strong for the trust that its wall clings.

Whatever it may, the foundation would stay,
Though walls might crack and leave their grip.
The foundation would lay its way,
To gather once again, the wall that was stripped.

D e s i r e e

The name of the one desired,
A heart that of a sweet child.
A mind of a simple lass,
A dreamer of her own truss.

With her extravagant smile,
To welcome you from a mile
A refreshing scene to see,
Jolly companion to be.

Trials and sufferings abound,
Her faith had made it all bound.
All of it she would lose sight,
But never her friends all night.

~~~oOo~~~
The moment I lay my eyes on you,
the face of a sad angel,
Thinking out loud but never said anything.
"This girl looks like my daughter," so I thought...
I have noticed, have asked, and found...
yes, it's true...
The reason for those sad eyes...
yet, talking to you...
I could see...
I have seen the beauty of your heart,
the kindness of your soul...
'till it uncovers the refreshing smile,
and it never left my memory...
until we meet and see each other again.
From then on, you've been like a daughter to me.
Swaying movements from afar
Seeing it goes side to side.
I'm looking like a czar,
Guarding every move and tides
I have seen the angry waves,
I can feel the silent mood.
Deep within, a hideous grave,
A mystery behind abode.
I'm an island all alone,
Yet, a sight could make one turn.
Though, too many years have gone by,
My tower still stands and burns.
I'm the eye that guides the dark
Giving each vessel a sight,
Keeping the night to send spark.
I am the house swirling the light.
Emily Faith Princess
My daughter with Princess Belle on Disney Princess mall tour, all in a yellow gown
 A special gift has been given to me
Extraordinary and unlikely
To keep and to be taken care of.
Who can't comprehend love's so Motherly?
  Believing for greater things to happen
Trusting  and hopeful for things not yet seen
Her name is a reminder, Faith it is,
Adorable! What a Princess she is!
Baguio Blooms Festival
One of the Float in the Parade with a theme "Save Our Forest", used a variety of yellow flower blooms as design.
BAGUIO
City on a mountain, your glorious beauty mesmerizes
Your greens, and fruits, and flowers, morning dew I cannot forget
Above in the clouds, your majestic view epitomizes
A beauty that I long to see and my lens eager to set.
Come back again as your enchanting beauty whisper to me,
Pine trees pointing towards the sky welcomes me as I come near
As you touch my face, I can feel your soft embrace, swinging me.
As you entangle my hair, I can smell your breath, I am here.
Yellow Majorettes on Parade as part of the Festival
February is the time for Baguio City Flower Festival
Farewell
If you will see the sun coming from the east,
remember me.
If you see the sunset in the dusk sky,
try to whisper my name.
If you see a butterfly  flying on its colorful wings,
follow it and rejoice for the happiness it brings.
If you see the sunflower in the meadow,
remember my face who walks with you in the willow.
... I love you till the morning after,
... love to see and hear your laughter.
... I cry when I remember the past,
... I die when you breathe your last.
